➕**Can I customize my design?**  
-Yes — you can personalize the text, colors, and images directly in the editor before ordering.

➕❓Can I add more than 30 photos in a 30-page album?

-Yes! Each album comes with 30 interior pages by default.
To include more photos without adding extra pages, you can place multiple photos on a single page. It’s a great way to create beautiful collages and save space while keeping all your memories!

➕❓Can I add more pages to the album?

-Unfortunately, it's not possible to add more pages at the moment — all our albums currently include 30 interior pages by default.
However, we're working on offering more page options very soon. Stay tuned! 👀
In the meantime, you can place multiple photos on a single page to make the most of the space — perfect for saving pages while still capturing every memory!

➕**Where do you ship?**

 
-We ship worldwide. Your album is printed in a facility close to your location to reduce delivery time and shipping costs. Final fees and delays depend on your country and shipping option.

➕**How long does it take to receive my order?**

 
-Production usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Delivery time varies by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days.

➕**Will my pictures look exactly like on screen?**

 
We use high-quality professional printing based on 300 DPI files. This ensures sharp, vibrant results.  
Please note: due to screen brightness and color calibration, printed colors may look slightly different than what you see on your device.

➕**Can I cancel or return my order?**  
-Because each album is made to order and customized, we do not accept cancellations or returns once your order is confirmed.

➕**What if something is wrong with my album?**  

-If your album arrives with a printing defect (like a misaligned design or logo issues), contact us within 7 days and include a photo.  
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer either a reprint or a discount for your next order.  
We do not reprint albums for issues caused by incorrect editing (such as blurry, cropped, or low-resolution photos uploaded by the customer).

⚠️ Please make sure your text and images stay within the safe design area. We cannot offer reprints for issues caused by elements placed outside of the print-safe zone during customization.
